We have a small shop which (being commercial) required an asbestos survey. Redmond & Associates carried out the survey and sent us the Asbestos Register Management Survey really quickly. The cost was reasonable compared with other quotes we had and Mike Redmond spent time with us explaining the parts of the survey which we found a bit technical. My wife and I recently purchased a house in Leigh for which we employed Redmond and Associates to complete a full structural survey prior to purchase.
We do always look for a bit of a project with the properties we have bought in the past and we knew that this one was no exception, however we did not know to what extent until we started dealing with Mike Redmond.
Mike and his team highlighted some fairly major problems with the property that we were completely unaware of. There extremely detailed pictorial report enabled us to go back to the vendor and negotiate a further sixteen and a half thousand pound discount to the proposed selling price in order to pay for the extra work needed at the property.

Redmond and Associates completed a survey on the house I am now living in. The survey was thorough and accurate and after 2 years of occupation nothing unexpected has occurred.
