I was a little apprehensive at first giving instructions to a company I did not know however I am now able to say that Redmond & Associates completed the survey and the report within a week.The price was also cheaper than some other quotes and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

"Thorough and Accurate"
Redmond and Associates completed a survey on the house I am now living in. The survey was thorough and accurate and after 2 years of occupation nothing unexpected has occurred.
Compared to other surveys I have had done this was the cheapest and also the fastest, being carried out within a couple of days and the report available by the following week. As a local business they have good knowledge of local housing issues and prices. I believe they offer truly exceptional value for money.

"Extremely detail report saved us money"
My wife and I recently purchased a house in Leigh for which we employed Redmond and Associates to complete a full structural survey prior to purchase.
We do always look for a bit of a project with the properties we have bought in the past and we knew that this one was no exception, however we did not know to what extent until we started dealing with Mike Redmond.
Mike and his team highlighted some fairly major problems with the property that we were completely unaware of. There extremely detailed pictorial report enabled us to go back to the vendor and negotiate a further sixteen and a half thousand pound discount to the proposed selling price in order to pay for the extra work needed at the property.
Obviously we were very happy with the service received from Redmond and Associates and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
